The two evaluators are: James L. Clegg and Beth Cotter.
James L. Clegg, B.A., B. D., Th. M., was for 21 years the foreign admission officer at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Ga. He has performed evaluations for 25 years which have been accepted by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service as authoritative for visa purposes.
Since 1964 he has served on state, regional and national committees and projects for NAFSA: Association of International Educators, and since 1968 similarly with the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admission Officers (AACRAO). James L. Clegg is chairman of the board of directors of Foreign Credential Evaluations, Inc.

Beth Cotter, B.A., M.B.A., has prepared more than 25,000 evaluations from over 130 countries since August 1997. The credentials represent secondary school to post-doctoral levels of education and areas of specialization such as engineering, law, and medicine.
Ms. Cotter has eighteen years of corporate experience and eight years of teaching and administrative experience at the post secondary level. She also belongs to the professional associations cited above. Ms. Cotter is president of Foreign Credential Evaluations, Inc.
